缓存自检的替身挂到「算一份计划」的统一入口，不再挂在现算那条路上 

接口 2026-09-10 改成优先读快照后，挂在 plan.collect 上的替身再也不会被调到，
测试会假通过。缓存与单飞管的是「同一个键算几次」，与底下走哪条路无关。
